All will packages include powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, living wills, and other designation documents as needed. Will packages also include basic trusts for minor children if needed

With a written will:
| Independent Administration (includes 7 hours of work, hourly thereafter) | $3,000 plus filing fees |
| As muniment of title | $2,000 plus filing fees |
Without a written will:
| Heirship proceeding | $5,000+ |
| Small estate affidavit | $1,000 plus filing fees |
Other
| Hourly rate | $350/hr |
